Individual Tax Return - Form 1040
Click on the link below to the organizer that applies to you (i.e. Individual Form 1040 filer, Sole Proprietor (Form 1040 with Schedule C) or rental property (Form 1040 with Schedule E)). Complete & sign (if married filing jointly, both taxpayers must sign) the organizer prior to our meeting and bring it with your tax documents, a copy of each taxpayers' identification and all documents listed under Tax Preparation Checklist on page 5 of the organizer. The form is fill-able, so you can complete it right on the computer and print it.

There are 3 options for getting started.
1. Get our Taxes to Go App and upload all of your documents along with the completed & signed organizer, right from your phone, tablet or computer. It will prompt you for a selfie and identification. All new clients also upload a copy of your prior year tax return. You can also use our secure portal to upload the above items.

2. Drop off your documents, along with the completed & signed organizer, copies of each taxpayers' identification and all of the documents listed on page 5 of the organizer, to my office in a sealed envelope.

3. You can schedule an initial meeting on this website by selecting the Book Online link at the top of the page and clicking "Book it" button next to the service. You should bring the completed & signed organizer, copies of each taxpayers' identification and all of the documents listed on page 5 of the organizer.

Once your return is completed, you will be contacted to schedule a meeting to sign your documents and deliver your completed return.
